UHS-II is an even faster interface specification than UHS-I, used in SDHC/SDXC memory cards.
UHS-II speeds are only achieved in combination with UHS-II compatible memory cards and UHS-II compatible devices. UHS-II compatible memory cards will also work with non-UHS-II compatible devices, but the performance will differ from the performance at the UHS-II interface.
