The power input terminal of this unit is a USB-C terminal. Please use the supplied AC adapter and USB-C cable.
Q. Does it support 4K video input?
No, it does not support 4K video input; it supports input up to HD (1280 x 720).
Q. Can I correct the trapezoidal shape?
Yes, it does. Automatic trapezoid correction is available. Only vertical correction is possible, and the correction angle is limited to plus or minus 40 degrees. Horizontal distortion cannot be corrected. In this case, please adjust the projection direction by moving the projector itself.
Q. Does it have an auto-focus function?
No, there is no autofocus function. Please adjust the focus manually.
Q. Does NX1 have an auto-off function?
The NX1 does not have an auto-off function. When the power of a connected device is turned off, NX1 recognizes that no HDMI signal is being input and automatically enters standby mode in 30 seconds.
However, if a smartphone is connected via a wireless adapter or other device, the NX1 will not enter standby mode if the HDMI signal from the wireless adapter is still present even after the smartphone is turned off.
Q. Is internal memory installed? Can external memory be used?
No, there is no internal memory. No external memory can be connected.
Q. Does NX1 support Google Play?
NX1 does not support Google Play; please use NX1 in connection with a Google Play compatible device.
Q. Can paid content be played?
Yes, as long as the connected device supports HDCP1.4.
Q. How long is the life of the light source? What will happen when the light source nears the end of its life?
It is approximately 20,000 hours. There is no change in use, although the light may become a little dimmer when the light source life is approaching.
Q. What is dynamic mode?
Dynamic mode is a mode that emphasizes the brightness and saturation of video and still images.
Q. How do I change the picture quality mode (standard/dynamic)?
With the power on, press and hold the power button (for at least 1 second).

Q. What is the minimum/maximum distance from the screen to the projector?
The standard projection distance is approximately 0.86 m to 3.45 m. The standard screen size is 30″ to 120″. The standard screen size is 30 to 120 inches.
Q. How do I calculate the projection distance from the screen size?
The optimum projection distance is “horizontal screen size x 1.3 times”.
Q. What colors and materials are recommended for screens? What is not recommended?
White screens are recommended. However, screens with a highly reflective coating are not recommended.

Q. The projected image is unclear.
Please slide the FOCUS slide key on the side of the main unit to adjust the focus. Focus adjustment is available for screen sizes from 30″ to 120″.
Q. When I connect a device to the NX1, no video is displayed or “No signal” is displayed.
If no image is displayed (no video signal is detected) when an HDMI cable is connected to the device, please check the following
