Connected devices are not recognized

Please check the follwing:

• Make sure the cable is fully inserted at both ends.
• Try a different USB Type-C port.
• Test with another device or cable.
• Restart the computer and check whether the issue is resolved.
• Make sure the computer operating system and drivers are up to date.
