1. Please check if the Portable SSD can be connected to other USB ports or devices.
Insufficient power supply from your device or bus-powered USB hub’s USB port may be the reason why it is not recognized by your device. Please try to connect it to other USB ports or devices.
2. Format the Portable SSD in the format compatible with your device.
The format of the Portable SSD (exFAT at the factory) may not be compatible with your device. In this case, formatting the Portable SSD to the format compatible with your device is necessary.
Note that, formatting will erase the data stored in the Portable SSD, so it is recommended to back up the data to another memory device before formatting.
