Please check the following:
- Make sure the cable is securely connected.
- Make sure the charger and connected device are operating correctly.
- Test with another charger or device to see whether the same issue occurs.
- Make sure the connected device supports charging via USB Type-C.
For USB Power Delivery (USB PD) fast charging, the charger, cable, and connected device must all support USB PD.
